RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange/refund any item within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned to us in a re-saleable condition complete with all original packaging and labels.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ADD A NOTE WITH YOUR PARCEL TO REMIND ME WHAT YOU NEED - EVEN IF WE HAVE SPOKEN OR EMAILED AS I PROCESS 100'S OF ORDERS AND CONTACTS EVERY MONTH!
If you need a refund we will refund you once goods are received back to us.
For exchanges you can either repurchase the correct item and return the wrong one for a refund or simply return to us and we will exchange, depending on how quickly you need the item. In case of price difference and for redelivery charges we will send you an invoice for payment (or enclose a return ADDRESSED prepaid satchel with your goods)
When you return items for refund or exchange we suggest an Australia Post satchel, retain the tracking number.
