Delivery Information:
We have a store in Mandurah for local pick up. Please get in touch prior to visiting as we only open for 3 days a week and opening times can vary. Please call us on 0409826142
All orders are despatched within 48 Hours. We despatch 3 days a week. Embroidery or custom names may take up to 5 business days before we can get into the post, although tracking numbers are allocated as soon as we put in the embroidery queue.
All our products are despatched from Western Australia. We are in rural Perth which adds an extra day our end to Australia Post times. If you are outside the CBD of your city you will have to add an extra day your end too to the shipping times estimated by Australia Post for Standard or Express delivery. This is why the estimated times we show at checkout are a little longer than the basic ones for Express and Standard quoted by Australia Post, they are showing the times in the best scenario!

On the Australia Post Website it states
"Any dates for delivery are a guide only and are calculated on the basis that parcels and letters will be lodged by the relevant close off time at the Post Office or street posting box on the day of posting. Any dates for delivery do not take into account public holidays or weekends unless Saturday delivery is available. Subject to conditions which may change at the discretion of Australia Post. Service conditions apply."
Standard Post We quote an estimated 5-7 business days at checkout- Australia Post states 3-5 business days. In our experience 7 days is more realistic.
Express Delivery We quote an estimated 3-5 business days at checkout- Australia Post state that "Express Post is 'targeted' delivery in 2-4 business days within the Express Post network. Express delivery times with Australia Post are not guaranteed and are subject to delays just like Standard Post and we cannot be held responsible for delays within their network. Express delivery times are quoted from city to city and areas outside of this may require additional days. This network covers most metropolitan areas. Basically this means they don't guarantee it!
Redirection - when you receive tracking updates you will have an option to redirect your parcel but please be aware this will have an impact on the quoted delivery time.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays within Australia Post and our couriers networks. We will raise cases with the couriers if there are delays and assist you to the extent we can. Australia Post do not deem an Express Parcel or Standard parcel to be lost in transit unless 30 days have passed since the item was lodged. It is then possible to lodge a missing parcel claim.
All orders will have a tracking number which we strongly recommend you check. If you believe there is a problem with your delivery (e.g., lost), please let us know as soon as possible. Or contact Australia Post by calling 137678
Australia Post's recent changes now allow default 'safe drop' please check your emails and phone for updates from them. If you have a preferred safe drop location please leave a note in the box under the cart. If there is not a 'safe place' out of sight. Please keep an eye on the tracking information
Once an order has been processed and despatched it cannot be cancelled and often the address can't be changed. If an order is refused by the customer, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.
International Shipping is sent via Australia Post and International partners. Express is available. Please be aware that depending on your country you may be eligible for import Duties and charges.
USA & CANADA
Australian Insurance companies are refusing to give company public liability insurance to sellers to the USA..seems there is a bit of an industry of claims being made. So you will not be able to checkout if you are in the USA. Please contact us direct at info@surfdogaustralia.com.
