USA Shipping

USA shipping is commencing again at the end of this month so you’re able to order now. As of August 29, 2025, a new U.S. executive order now requires all shipments into the United States to have taxes/duties prepaid—including postal shipments. If you order now, we will charge you the basic shipping cost and once we know the exact tax information, we will send you a further invoice to process prior to dispatch at the moment it is very unclear. 🤔

Embroidery or custom names may take up to 5 business days for despatch.

Australia Post 2 rate shipping

Standard Post estimated 5-7 business days, Australia Post state 3-5 business days. In our experience 7 days is more realistic.

Express Delivery estimated 2-5 business - Australia Post state that "Express Post is 'targeted' delivery in 2-4 business days within the Express Post network.

All our products are despatched from Western Australia. Australia post quotes estimated shipping times and times are given in business days.

Redirection - you will have an option to redirect your parcel but please be aware this will have an impact on the quoted delivery time. If you left an email address onyour order you will receive Australia Post updates but they may go to spam!

we ship just about worldwide. Please be aware you may be required to pay import duty on your order as each country varies. Please doublecheck before ordering.
