Returns policy 

General product returns

We want you to love our products but if you are not thrilled with your order or have purchased the wrong size we will accept returns within 30 days from date of order. This does not apply to any items that are custom printed or embroidered.

Want to swop colours or sizes?

We are unable to offer exchanges, as we cannot reserve stock whilst waiting for the return. We have a high turnover and manufacture in small amounts, therefore we cannot guarantee your exchange item will be in stock by the time we receive your return.

If you need a different size or product please create a new order for the item required and return the unwanted item for a refund (see instructions below). This will also help you receive the items you need more quickly rather waiting for us to receive the return before the new ones can be despatched.

CUSTOM AND EMBROIDERED/NAME PRINTED  ITEMS

No return for any reason on any item custom name printed items. If we have taken your item out to print a name on it will be fully quality checked, we will not accept returns for any reason.

Faulty Items

Please inspect your item when you receive. If you find fault within 5 days of receiving your order please send us a message through our chat link to notify us. Immediately return to us with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation explaining the issue. We will inspect your item and replace if we determine a genuine fault. Return item to us using the return procedure below. Faulty products must be received by back within 20 days of your order being despatched.

We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in our products. If the item is deemed to have manufacturing damage or fault you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement or refund.

Returns Procedure

Please send your return items back to us with a carrier of your choice.

We recommend the prepaid satchels at Australia Post with a tracking number.


Please add this return address to your package. 

It helps if you add your invoice in the parcel with a note confirming what you need us to do

Refund procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, and approved we will issue your refund to the same method of payment as the one the purchase was made with and send you a confirmation. We do not refund the original shipping costs.

You will receive a notification once the refund is processed which indicates we have initiated the return of funds and forwarded the request to your chosen method of payment. Credit Cards and Afterpay may take several days to process the refund back to your account. Paypal usually process within one day. The time this takes is in control of your payment provide and we cannot control this.

    We are in WA so please allow time for your return to reach us.
