Returns policy 


We want you to love our products but if you are not thrilled with your order or have purchased the wrong size we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

We do not pay for the cost of returning items

Refunds are not available on any embroidered, printed or custom made items like wetsuits. For any reason. 

Products bought at sale price can be returned for a store credit up to 30 days from date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return items must be returned in the same condition that you received.

Unworn and unwashed. In original packing with labels attached. Free from dog hair.

WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS EXCHANGES

Whilst you can return items for a refund we are unable to offer exchanges as we are unable to reserve stock whilst waiting for the return. We have a high turnover and manufacture in small amounts, therefore we cannot guarantee your exchange item will be in stock by the time we receive your return.

If you need a different size or product please return the unwanted item for a refund and create a new order for what you would like. This will help you receive the items you need more quickly than waiting for us to receive the return before the new ones can be despatched.

Australian Returns

Please send your unwanted items back to us with a carrier of your choice. We recommend the prepaid satchels at Australia Post with a tracking number. Alternatively you can use the package your order was delivered in.. cross out your name and address and our return is address is on the label but you will have to pay for postage at the counter. Alternatively you can use this information to write on the satchel or download this information on the 'Returns Label' below

Please use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will issue your refund to the same method of payment as the one the purchase was made with and send you a confirmation. We do not refund the original shipping costs. You will receive a notification once the refund is processed which indicates we have initiated the return of funds and forwarded the request to your chosen method of payment. Credit Cards and Afterpay may take several days to process the refund back to your account. Paypal usually process within one day.

    We are in WA so please allow time for your return to reach us.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    Faulty items can be returned within 15 days of the item being received. If you think you have a faulty or incorrect item please use our chat link in store as soon as you receive your order. We are happy to replace goods that have a manufacturing fault. As long as they have not been worn or washed and have all labels and original packaging.

    We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in our products. If the item is deemed to have manufacturing damage or fault you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement or refund.

     PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY CUSTOM ITEMS, WETSUITS OR THOSE WITH NAMES. THESE ARE INSPECTED PRIOR TO DESPATCH TO ENSURE THEY HAVE NO FAULTS. YOU WILL APPRECIATE ITEMS CUSTOM ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED TO STOCK
