Returns policy 


We want you to love our products but if you are not thrilled with your order we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date or your order for a refund or store credit of your order. Refunds and exchanges are not available on any embroidered, printed or custom made items like wetsuits. For any reason. 

We do not refund any initial shipping costs in any refund or exchange.

International Returns

Faulty or Defective Products

If any product your receive is faulty please inform us within 7 days of receipt by contacting us directly through our online contact link.

Exchange

Purchased wrong size? Want to change colour?

Option 1

  • Want the correct items quickly? Place a new order for the correct item/s for immediate delivery. Then go to our returns portal

  • arrange a refund or credit on the original purchase. We will despatch newly ordered items immediately and refund or add credit your account once the we receive back the returned goods
  • Don't mind waiting?
  • Arrange an exchange 
  • Select the item you are returning and the ones you would like to exchange for. Once we receive the return we will despatch the items selected in the exchange. If there are any price differences in the exchanged products we will either refund you or send you a new invoice for any additional payment. We charge a $10 Redelivery Fee.

Once you have entered all the details of your return it will be confirmed and you can download a returns slip to include with your return and the address to return to. You will be responsible for the cost of the return. Please be sure to include a copy of the Return Form in your parcel. Your return must be received within 20 days of your Return Request approval. Any returns outside of this window will be cancelled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUND OR STORE CREDIT

If you just want to return the item arrange on returns portal and once goods are received back, a REFUND will processed to your original method of payment. Allow up to 12 days for payment providers  to process. If you haven't received a refund within 12 days, please contact us at info@surfdogaustralia.com.

Or you can choose a CREDIT (plus a 15% bonus)  a store credit will be issued to your account.

You can view the store credit balance when logged into your account. The store credit appears as a payment option at checkout when you are logged in

We are in WA so please allow time for your return to reach us.

Please use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
