Great service and great product. I love this stuff. I used it on my huskies when we were sledding and now my little old Aussie has tough, cracked paw pads (of course from trying to keep up with a new puppy on an adjoining property) and a sensitive tummy and I know that this balm will heal him quickly and sooth his sore feet. My rescue greyhound Lily loves the beach but her paws were not coping well with the sand & salt. She was getting rough paw pads and cracks between them which were causing her discomfort.
Since using this paw wax her paws are no problem what so ever.
And she quite enjoys her evening foot massage too :)
