Aussie dogs need a lightweight raincoat! Most dog raincoats are made for the US or European markets with extra insulation. Here in Australia we are special. Especially in our tropical north. And just because its lightweight it doesn’t have to be flippy flappy and scarey! Our lightweight dog raincoats are beautiful, durable and comfortable.
2 styles of dog raincoat. Both lightweight, comfortable and easy to use. Both in quality durable fabrics not flimsy! Waterproof with sealed seams. Most of all we made them super comfy for dogs.
The Free Walk
No chest panel between the legs.
Good tummy cover with the straps covering from mid rib cage to belly button. The fabric has a sports mesh lining to help it stay light and straight on the back
Hole at the neck for leash attachment
Can wear a harness on top of this raincoat.
The Super Raincoat
There is a flap on the back to open and attach a leash or harness.
Chest panel which goes between front legs and covers to under the rib cage.
You can wear a harness over the top. Designed by customers with every feature they asked for including tummy and chest coverage. They are available from midi to XL.

A light showerproof coat with winter insulation layer. Great for misty winter mornings and high visibility night walks.

Free Walk Dog Raincoats
'Free Walk' Raincoats are waterproof, lightweight coats which allow free walking without any restriction to legs at either end! Easy to chuck on for a quick exit to walk in the rain. Great for dogs that what to get out quickly and not patient with coats. Not flimsy or flappy but a durable comfortable easy to use raincoat which we have made for many years as customers have demanded we do!
The Free Walk differs from the Super Raincoat as it does not have a chest panel but it's gives great tummy cover. Both of the raincoats can be worn with a harness on the top.
We made our first raincoats after an enquiry from The Guide Dogs Association for a light weight coat that can be worn with a harness. We discovered a huge gap in the market as most raincoats are made for the European market with a warm lining.
Free Walk Raincoat Colours
New Stock of Small, Medium, Large and XL now has a 2 strap system fastening.
XXL, Greyhound and XS still have the single velcro fastening as it suits these shapes better.

Lightweight fabric to prevent over heating
Waterproof with sealed seams
Lightweight mesh lining helps the coat from slipping on the back
Cut for comfort to allow free movement, no restricting legs or tummy cutting straps
Harness can be worn over the coat or attached at front
Leash hole at neck for leash attachment
Hood adjusts at neck to keep coat in place, this stops it falling down the back, and keeps room at the front for walking and chest. Also stops small sized dogs getting their legs stuck in hood. Adjusts at front to keep hood over ears.
XS, Greyhound, Whippet and XXL coats have a single velcro belt instead of the 2 straps on the back as we have found this works better on these shapes.
