Q. Will my dog accept the suit.
A: Yes. Once the suit is on its almost invisible to the dog. Keep calm the first time you put on, take it slowly so your dog does not get stressed. Put on a bit at a time while he gets used to it. Once on and he is up and running on the beach he will forget all about it.
Q. Will my dog get over heated wearing this suit? NO Dogs do not loose heat through their skin which is why they pant! The key to keeping you dog cool is to keep him out of direct sunlight for prelonged periods. Provide plenty of fresh water. The body suit will not increase his body temperature.
Body Suit Care Instructions & Use
Cold wash, air dry, no bleach or ironing.
Put on by opening zipper to full length
Pull over dogs heads, put front paws in and pull rashie upward on the legs and forward. then pull down back. Put back legs in.
Pull rashie forward and adjust so it is straight on the back.
Gently pull sides of zipper together and try to ensure the fabric flap is under the zipper is you fasten., this helps fur getting trapped.
Secure zipper carefully. If your dog is stressed leave the fastening for a while and go back when he is settled.
Once you have fastened the zipper fold the head back onto the zipper and this will lock it in place.
