These are just the best. This is our second coat - one for beach and one for home. Keep your puppa warm after a bath or swim, and dry them off quickly. They are easy to wash too. We get lots of compliments and interest on these coats at the dog beach.

My dog has recently lost his sight and to protect his eyes from debris in the air and low branches - I wanted some protection for his eyes. The lenses fit perfectly but I only wish they were larger. He’s an Italian greyhound so they are a little loose and move around his face, I have to keep checking that the lenses (padding) do not move into his eyes given their narrowness. I also wish there was more flexibility in the part between the lenses so I could bend them to fit around his tiny slender face. Customer service, I cannot fault. I was not sure about the sizes re: the size chart and conveyed this when I placed the order. Although I paid for one pair, I was sent two pairs, the size I ordered and a M for me to try out best fit. I was touched with this gesture of good faith and trust from the owner. She was keen to make sure I purchased the correct size. A return bag and label was included so I could return the 2nd pair once I tried both for fit. Thank you so much, I have never experienced this genuine kindness in my years of online shopping. I would buy again, if you were to supply goggles with larger lenses.
Absolutely love these drying coats. Have used them for years. Glad we have just updated to the new one which is even better. Nice and thick & warm for Victorian doggos! Orlando is chuffed to have his name on it this time. My cousin has just purchased 3 on my recommendation!
I have tried twice to return a pair of Doggles that were too large for my dog based on your guide. I sent then to the address you have listed as your head office and then to 2 Dory Way Warnbro WA. Clearly, I have wasted $60 buying the Doggles and $30 trying to return them for refund. I now am of the opinion that you are dodgy. I rate you a 0, despite having to give you any stars to be able to submit this review.

You used to return the Doggles i cannot see our email address? Australia Post no longer leave cards if they cannot deliver but notify receivers by email that the parcel is waiting for pick up. We ask for customers to do add our email
in our returns information. If they were unable to contact us they would have returned to you. Totally understsnd in our busy world why you may not have read our return information but it is available in store. We will refund the Doggles immmediately. If you could send us an email at info@surfdogaustralia.com letting us know how much you paid for your 2 attempts to return we will repay you. In the meantime we will forward a prepaid return label so you can have a 3rd time luck go at sending back!
