This coat is amazing. My spoodle Murphy has a very tight curly soft coat which usually takes forever to dry. A quick towel off and 30 minutes in the drying coat and he's good to go. Great product, Murphy looks gorgeous in it also!

I could talk for hours about my Drying Coats. I made my first 15 years ago for my beach loving Golden boy to get him back from the beach in the car, drying him and saving our car from sand and salt water at the same time. If you have arrived at this page it's highly likely that you've seen our drying coats at the beach, have bought one before or been recommended by a friend so I won't go on! If you want to read all the features then all the info is below. I will tell you that the drying coat you are about to buy is probably going to be the best quality, most useful product you will ever have for your dog. After testing all possible fabrics on wet dogs (cotton, bamboo, pretty patterns etc) the fabric (we have used for 15 years) was an outstanding winner.
A Surfdog Drying coat can pull 4 times its weight in water from your dog. The deep pile fabric draws water away from coat and skin, moisture is pulled through the weave with capillary action until it reaches the outside surface. Once exposed to the air this water evaporates to completely dry your dog. Other coats get soaked though with just the outer layer of moisture in a dog's coat.
Our prices are based around the amount of this wonderful fabric, and the volume of fabric required to make each size. The XS cost less than the XXL (which takes 5 metres of fabric!)
Surfdog Drying Coat features include...
- 8 sizes Shaped for each size, giving ample room for chests, necks, tummies.
- No Velcro. We make each size to fit. Velcro stops working quickly. We use a long wide snuggly belt that covers the tummy and ties easily on the back

At the request of our customers we have opened pre-orders on popular colours and sizes that are of stock. We will despatch in early October- be first is the queue by pre ordering now with a 30% deposit and balance at despatch. The pre-order option will appear if your selection is available for pre-order.
