The leash is a great idea for taking my cattle dog to the beach cos it gives her more room. When she’s on the short leash she’s more anxious due to living thru two years of Covid where she never met another dog. The only downfall is the clip keeps sticking. I’ve bought several of surfdog leashes and this has never happened before.
Hi Judy, so sorry to hear this, clips are made in the thousands So occasionally, you do get a faulty one? If you're using at the beach, make sure you rinse it frequently in freshwater and also give it a good tap to remove any sun which could cause it to be blocked. Any metal item with moving parts Sometimes needs a little spray with WD-40 just to keep everything working well. But if you are unhappy and believe it is faulty please return and we would be more than happy to refund you or send you a new one.💋
